A2. Yes. We have artisans who are experienced in making various kinds of bags, we can make the bags according to your samples or requirement, customer's designs and logos are welcome. Almost any handle choice can be added to match the bag you order.

A3. Yes, we will duplicate your existing model exactly as it is made today.
Q4. Do you use environmentally friendly materials?
A4. At present certain products do use environmentally friendly materials and these are clearly shown by the symbols in the key benefits section of each product. We also have an ambitious environmental policy where we are continually looking to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing products that we sell. If your are concerned about our world running out of resources, the idea of recycling and using such products as non woven P.P. can go a long way for the concept of environmentally friendly products and can be expanded when you chooses to use nonwoven P.P. fabric.

A5. Yes! Usually, we provide free samples for low valued items. But we'll charge fees for high valued items. And for international sampling, we will ask for your Fedex, or UPS, or DHL account to pay the shipping charge.
Q6. How do I place an order?
A6. On-line: by adding items to your shopping basket and then following the checkout procedure.
Phone: Call up and place your order over the phone with a credit/debit card. Please have the product codes you wish to order to hand along with invoice/delivery addresses (incl. Post Codes) and card details.

A8. The quality of our product can be checked by international institutions. And the quality can be acceptable by company standard supported by samples.Samples can be kept to match for shipment.
Q9. Can I return the product if I find I don’t want?
A9. Yes, as long as it is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging you can return any of our products to us within 14 days (10 working days) of receipt. A10. We like to keep our minimum order at 500 units per order
Q11. Which transportation way you choose to delivery the product?
A11. For most deliveries we use a network of national couriers. If you are ordering a large item or a bulk order, your order will sometimes arrive on a lorry packed on wooden pallets.
Q12. Can I fax in orders?
A12. Yes, we accept faxed orders, mailed orders, call in orders or E-mail orders. You will always receive a call to confirm the order.
Q13. How long does delivery take?
A13. Providing your order is in stock, standard delivery is within 3-5 working days. However, we also offer faster deliveries depending on the urgency of your order. Please see our delivery section for more information.
Q14. Do I pay for the shipping costs?
A14. No! You pay for only the manufacturing cost of your bags. We pay the overseas shipping, the duty costs and the overland trucking costs to your front door. That is what makes us number one!
Q15. What if I want to change my billing address or any other type of personal information?
A15. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then enter an account management center. Click on the "Edit My Account Information" tab and make necessary changes.
Q16. What if I'm a retailer or a wholesaler and I would like to have my products listed on your website?
A16. Click on the "Supplier" tab at the top of the page. Fill out the "Request to be a Supplier" form and click the "submit" button. A representative will then contact you as soon as possible regarding your request.
Q17. What if I already purchased a product and want to see if it has been shipped?
A17. First, log-in and then click the "Order Status" tab at the top of the page. You are then able to view your order status and/or history.
Q18. Is there a warranty?
A18. Yes. In addition to a warranty against shipping damage from the freight company, your tent is covered by a 30-day exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid in original packaging.
